CCTV Policy at Meditau Studio Purpose of CCTV Surveillance Meditau Studio is equipped with surveillance cameras for the purpose of ensuring the safety and security of our visitors, staff, and property. Data Recording and Retention The CCTV system records on a continuous loop. Recorded files are automatically deleted after a certain period, not exceeding 3 months. The data is stored securely and is not shared with private individuals, companies, or third parties.Access to Recordings CCTV recordings may only be accessed and shared under the following circumstances: With Law Enforcement Authorities: If requested for the investigation of criminal incidents, such as theft or violence. For Internal Use: To verify and address serious incidents occurring on our premises (e.g., theft or physical altercations). Restrictions on Use CCTV footage will never be shared publicly, including online, with private individuals, or with entities unrelated to law enforcement or the administration of justice. The recordings are solely used to ensure safety, investigate incidents, and protect property and individuals. 2. Payments and Cancellations : All payments must be made in advance to secure your booking or membership. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend for valid reasons (e.g., illness), contact us to reschedule or transfer your membership to another individual. Missed lessons cannot be refunded or rescheduled unless notified at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Studio Rules :  Respect the studio space, tools, and materials. Use them responsibly and clean your workstation after use. Always follow safety guidelines, especially when using  specialized equipment. Store your personal projects in designated areas. Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be discarded.

4. Membership : and Attendance Membership hours must be used within the calendar month; unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Studio access is limited to the hours and packages specified in your membership plan. Late arrivals and or excess time spent to lessons may result in reduced teaching time.

5. Kiln Firing Policy : Firing schedules are managed by the studio. Submit your pieces for firing within the designated timeline. Only works made in the studio using approved materials can be fired, we do not take the responsibility of working with the ceramics of people who have not followed our courses. In exceptional cases, people who have the basics of ceramics by studying at meditau have the right to bring their ceramics for firings even if they produced them outside the studio. The studio is not responsible for damages caused during the firing process due to material flaws or improper techniques. Any damage caused to the equipment must be compensated.

6. Code of conduct treat : instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The studio reserves the right to refuse service or cancel memberships for violations of these rules.

7. Liability Waiver Participation with unknown tools or techniques not used by the studio activities is at your own risk. Meditau Ceramic Studio is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages to personal property.

8. Changes to Policies We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through announcements in the studio.
